I'd say the two files are related to the same program by the first 2 letters
of filename!!!

What is it?
Nvidia Media Center Tray - NvMcTray.dll

What does it do?
NvMcTray.dll - This is loaded as a startup item. This is the tray icon to
easily change a number of settings. Games like everquest .............

Both are part of your nVidia software for your graphics card.
Try reinstalling it.

Try updating your video drivers first, as that error refers to NVidia
driver.
