I try to open the learn xp program and it says file
swflash.ocx is missing how do I find that file and

This file is a part of Macromedia Shockwave Player. Rather than try to
obtain the file which comes in a number of versions, it would probably be
best for you to go to the Macromedia site and download and install the
latest version of their flash player:

If all you are missing is a plugin, ie you already have flash downloaded.
