Hi,

At work we have an Exchange 2003 environment with users on Outlook
2003. In my Outlook I have my own inbox but also view another inbox
which stores all incoming emails for monitoring purposes.

I seem to have some missing/hidden emails. In the folder list view it
tells my there are 15 emails, yet on the status bar it tells me there
are 20 emails for example.

I have tried the obvious things like changing and reseting the views,
and also used the /cleanview command but I still have the same
problem.

I have Googled it everywhere but cannot find an answer, can anyone
help please?

Thanks

Problem solved, if anyone wants to know what I did... I downloaded the
MAPI Editor and opened up the problem mailbox with this. This showed
the problem mails and then I could then delete them as needed.
