Missing email with Outlook 2003

Michael

I am not able to view any mail older than "Last Month". The group called
"Older" does not show up in my Inbox and thus I am not able to view several
emails. When I log in using OWA, I am able to see all my email. I've also
noticed that several of my other folders do not have the "Older" grouping,
but some do.

Finally, I have tried removing the grouping option and have tried arranging
my email via every method available and I am still missing my older email. I
also created a filter to show all email and it did not work either.

I've searched the net and Outlook setting to try and find out how to show my
email but have come up with nothing.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

If you disable cached Exchange mod, do your older messages appear?

Yes, they do.
I do want to run in cached mode though as this is my notebook and I want
everything synched. Is there a different way to do this? I assume you had
this issue as well since you knew I was in cached mode?

Thanks,
Michael

What happens if you delete the OST and allow Outlook to recreate it?

I don't have any issues with cached Exchange mode. I just know that effects
like you described sometimes are related to it.

Same thing. Tried several times.
