Missing Edit button in explorer tab---please help!

I am trying to edit a page on the web (using Frontpage)
and I am missing the usual edit tabs in Internet Explorer
6 that my office mates have on theirs. Under file, edit is
greyed out and there is no additional Eidt with Front Page
choice, and in theexplorer tab, there is a greyed out edit
icon pictured with a paper and pencil. I have seen on
another's pc a drop menu on their explorer bar with edit
choices of several kinds!

How do I add this to my PC?

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
