missing dlls

I have been having trouble opening files stored on my hard
drive (web locations open okay). When I attempt to browse
to a location on my local computer, IE6 shuts down
immediately, going to a blank desktop then reloading the
desktop icons. I ran a system information report and the
following files were listed as missing:

iecont.dll
iecontlc.dll

I cannot seem to find these files on the MS site or
anywhere else. What are they and are their being missing
causing my problem with loading local files? Where do I
get them?

I'm running Windows ME with IE6 and those two files don't exist on my
computer. You might look to a virus problem, if you've not scanned your
computer with the latest virus definitions.
