missing DLLS for HAL

I keep getting this message when I reboot an XP Home
Edition computer. It doesn't even try to load windows at
all and it won't boot in safe mode either. I can't find
the XP recovery disk that came with the computer now and I
don't know what to do. Isn't there a place that will give
me the downloads for HAL?
