missing dll file

Hi folks
Running windows xp home.
Only recently keep getting small window up which
says. "cannot find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM 32\MSA64CHK.dll"
pc is kept up to date and every thing is running well.
Would anyone have any thoughts on above???
