.dll files

When i start up windows i get an error message saying that
it could not find the following .dll. 'msa64chk.dll'

I have managed to find a copy of this file but i dont know
where to put it.

Also my system 32 folder opens automatically when i start
up windows but i cant find this in the startup folder to
stop this from happening.

Any help would be much appreciated
