missing dll error message

How do I get rid of the error message I get on start-up
missing c:\windows\bs3.dll

I recently ran some clean-up programs like window washer
and ad-aware and now get this message. I've tried
looking for:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{a85c4a1b-bd36-44e5-a70f-
8ec347d9b24f}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\clsid\{a85c4a1b-bd36-44e5-a70f-
8ec347d9b24f
in my registry but can't find them. I'm running XP and
IE with all the latest updates?

Try PestPotoral, it says it will remove it for you. Also SpyBot should get
it.

1. Ad-aware:

Download and install Ad-Aware from any of the URLs given below:

To erase the spyware programs from loading from your system, download and
install a third party utility called Ad-aware from any of the URLs given
below:

Install the downloaded program and update the program and then run it to
erase the spyware programs from your system.
