When I start my computer a window come's up saying:

Windows - Registry Recovery

One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be
recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful.

What do that mean and what can I do about it?

Another question I have is about errors when I save all information
when I run DxDiag. No error message's comes up but when I open the file
I saved to my desktop there are errors. Here they are:

Registry Errors Found:
Key
'HKCR\CLSID\{A16F1761-B6D8-42EB-8D57-4A44FEDD3BD2}\VersionIndependentProgID'

What can be done about this?

Windows cannot read the copy of your registry from the location it normally
would, so Windows read from a backup copy.
This may indicate a bad sector on your harddrive, or failing drive.
Type "using chkdsk" [no quote marks] in any search box.[Google, for example]
Choose a site you trust. ( Micrsoft site preferred)
Read about and run the procedure.

No Error comes up because the thing "missing" isn't used in the DxDiag
"diagnostic".
It's saying the DirectMusic SongImport Key is gone. Also, a Key called
CLSID_CDirectInputActionFramework is gone. (Your last line.)
This may ALSO be due to a bad sector on your harddrive.

However, some OTHER problem may have corrupted the Registry, and your disk
may be fine. Uninstalled anything recently?
I'd run chkdsk to narrow down the possibilities, and go from there.
