Missing Design Templates

I have an assignment due at midnight tonight and I have to make a powerpoint
using the shimmer and cascade design templates and I can't find them. I don't
have them. How do i get them? PLEASE HELP ME!! ONLY 2 HRS AND 15 MIN TILL
DEADLINE!!!!

Yeah.

I hate it when the assignment is to use <whatever specific template> because
of exactly what you're experiencing -- what do you do if the version of PPT
you're using doesn't supply that particular template?

has template packs 1, 2, and 3, and those include many of the PPT templates
from the last few versions. But it doesn't include all of them.
Specifically, Cascade.POT and Shimmer.POT aren't in those sets.
