Missing D & E Drives. Unable To Add Drivers

Unable to add drivers to my CD-RD and my DVD drives.
Both dirves have been disabled.
 
Freddie,

Check the status of the drives in Device Manager. [Start/Run/Devmgmt.msc]. And, make sure the drives/IDE controller are enabled in the BIOS Setup.
