When contacts are forwared externally to our corporate
network (Exchange 2000) the information contained in the
contact is stripped out. I have read on the knowledge
base that this may be caused if the Exchange Server
computer is not set to use Transport-Neutral
Encapsulation Format (TNEF) proprietary formatting. The
contact is attached as a non-TNEF message.

I am not convinced that his is causing the problem and
was wondering if anyone else had experinced this problem,
and how you were able to resolve.

Thanks

Tony

What steps are users taking to send the contacts? What information is missing?
