Missing Contacts

A contact folder is being shared on two XP machines. The primary contacts
is stored in Outlook2000 SR-1. The shared contacts are on Outlook2002. For
some reason, not all the shared contacts are listed. Any clues or ideas I
can do to display ALL shared contacts?

Are the ones that don't display marked Private on one machine?
