Missing CD Image on Server?

Greetings,

I've had this message before, and we're pointed to 811493

But I have a new round of patched laptops that are continuing to exhibit
this,

Any tips on other KB patches that also modify the kernel?

FYI,

It does this with NO MS patches installed, I'm concerned Dell slipstreamed
something into the OS that doesn't show under ADD/Remove

input will be appreciated..
