Missing C: Drive

In Windows Explorer its missing from My Computer.
Its not lost, its still available in Start/ Explore but in the table
its below Control Panel and called Local Disk (C
For my convenience mainly how do I restore it?

I've also noticed Disk Defragmenter is also missing from
Start,Programs,Accessories,System Tools. I have a free defragmenter
programme I can use, but I've just found windows\system32\dfrg.msc in
the right place so it looks as if there could be other topics not yet
found which are not displayed in the correct places. How do I restore
the Defrag please and is there a review and recover program I could be
using, to bring others back to the correct places?

I've now downloaded TweakUI and in the list of Drives the C Drive was
already ticked.
