missing background tab

im trying to find out how to get the tab back for changing my background
pictures. its the tab in the Display properties window. Anyone got an idea?
 
Start, Control Panel, Display, Desktop.

There is no Background tab!

haha, its been so long since i have seen the tab i forgot what its was
called. Cause now that there back thanks to you, they are my Desktop and
screen Saver tabs that were missing. Thank you very much. That was driving
me nuts! lol
