missing autorun.exe

I moved my computer to my daughters room today.
Everything was working fine. When I went into my c drive
it looked like an icon from one of my old games (the
incredible machine). When I double clicked on it ( the c
drive) It started the menu for the game. I went into the
hard drive and deleted the autorun.exe. Now I have no
icon and it askes where is the file. Where can I get this
file or how do I solve this problem. I am not that good
with newsgroups. So please could you send all replies to
my email. Thank you in advance for any help.

Sounds like someone copied the contents of the CD to the root of your hard drive. Explore the drive and delete autorun.inf. You
probably have a whole bunch of files and/or directories on there from the CD just wasting space.
