I'm running Windows XP and until today had an address bar on my desktop. I
tried Restore to an earlier time, but that did no good.. Right clicking the
mouse on the desktop and bottom bar did not work. I get the feeling this
problem is easily resolved, but I can't seem to it. Can anyone help me?
Thank you for any suggestions.

Right-click the Taskbar either just before the first, or after the last
running task. Click Toolbars, Address. This will either display it, or
remove it. Click it again if necessary.
