Missing a .CAT file

I am trying to import a inf file and making a component (.SLD) file.
On the file list there is a .CAT file,

This .CAT file is not even in my driver package at all, therefore not
in the repository and cause an error when I try to build the image.

How do I resolve this?

Either get the .CAT file or remove it from the file section of the component.
..CAT file is not required if you don't worry about the driver signature.
