I recently lost the ability to copy to CD, I open "My Pictures" and in the
left hand frame under "Picture Tasks" Copy this folder To CD or Copy to CD
no longer exists... don't recall installing or doing anything that would
cause this.....I have read the other post. I the cdrw is enabled.
It was there one day and missing the next.

Can you you help?

To get Copy to Cd back:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI.... and there is a dot
between ...VW and DLL
This should take a second to run and should return a "success" message.

I read some other threads and was able to restore my " copy to cd " by
turning on record funtion for my cd writer. I don't know how it was turned
off, but I was still able to burn music cd's. Also found I have an older
version of Picasa and downloaded new Picasa 2.
