Mirroring a Windows 2000 Server so that the backup server takes over when the main server fails

Hello,

Windows 2000 Server
Active Directory

Could someone either run me through what is involved in mirroring
servers so that the mirror server can instantly take over if the main
server falls over, or point me to good info on the subject.
