Miranda IM startup key?

I don't recall where I read it a couple of years ago, but there is a key
that can be pressed when Miranda starts up that gains access to the profile.
I searched the Miranda forums, NG's and the Hotkey list but haven't found
the answer. Does anyone know which ket it is?

Thanks. I had looked in the knowledge base under profile maintenance, but it
wasn't there. I had looked in the FAQ too, but didn't scroll far enough!
