Minutes of meeting from Outlook calendar item

Wouldn't it be super cool if you could click a button on a meeting window
from the Outlook Calendar which would "Create Minutes of Meeting" ? It could
use an MSWord .dot file as template and use the information about the meeting
in Outlook to populate some standard fields... like who attended (and who
not), what the subject or purpose of the meeting was, when and where it was
held, etc. All you have to do is type up what was discussed... at least until
voice recognition has evolved a bit more.
An added bonus would be, if it could include the previous minutes in the
case of a recurring appointment (obviously not for the first instance of a
recurring appointment). An of course, this does not need to be limited to
meeting organized by yourself since someone else could be appointed to do the
minutes while you lead the meeting.

That is what the Agenda Wizard in Word is for.
