Minor but annoying problem

My IE used to open automatically when I signed on to the internet,since I
changed ISP it no longer does.I had this problem about 3 years ago and can't
remember how to fix it?

How do you sign on to the internet now? Some ISPs provide their own
software with auto-start options. The choices for connecting with Internet
Explorer are listed in Internet Options> Connections.
