Does anybody know, if there is a Windows XP compatible driver for the
Minolta Di250?

You are looking for a Pi3500 driver. There in non available for XP, but
on minoltaeurope.com, you can find in the Software section a W2k driver
for all Printer emulations (PCL5e, PCL6 and PS). Select the appropriate
and test it.

Oh, I forgot! As far as I remember, there is one listed in XP already.
As I wrote before, look for Pi3500.
