Add Printer Wizard broken

All of a sudden, this command to install a printer and port does not work
any more:

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /b "KONICA MINOLTA Di3510 PCL6" /f
\\sonoma\drivers\minoltadi3510\m2k3510.inf /r "c:\uniprint\port.prn" /m
"KONICA MINOLTA Di3510 PCL6"

The error is "The arguments are invalid".

I've tried moving the install files locally, using IP/mapped drive/FQDN for
the server, and a different printer. It appears that the /f parameter is
the culprit, as no argument which calls an .inf file works. Does not work
from Win2K either.

Do not use the printer install Wizard. If you have an installation disk for
the printer insert that and install the software first. During this
installation
you'll be prompted when to connect the printer and when to turn it on. If
you do not have an installation CD, go to the manufacturers website and
download the latest drivers, they are free.
