MiniPreview of Adobe Illustrator filew

I cannot see abode illustrator thumbnails as a mini
preview in my directories.

Is there a way to enable this.

I also would like to see .pcx files as miniprieviews.
Any ideas?

Of course you can't - Illustrator isn't a universal graphics format -
previews are only available for universal formats (JPEG, TIFF, BMP, etc) -
..ai is a proprietary format.

Nope. Although I do believe IrfanView is capable of reading the files, but
it's not available natively.

I also would like to see .pcx files as miniprieviews.
Any ideas?
