Minimizing to tray

I have outlook 2003. How can i minimize it to the tray and not have it
hanging around my taskbar?
 
Rigth-click on the icon that is on the notification area and choose "Hide
when Minimized". Next time you minimze outllook it will not show in your
task bar.
