Minimizing on Computer Startup

I have Outlook 2003 setup to automatically startup on my computer. From
there, I can minimize the program to system tray.

Is is possible to have Outlook automatically start minimized when the
computer boots? I have tried editing the 'window' properties section of the
shortcut, but that has no effect. I tried this technique on other
applications such as Word, and it started minimized. Do I need to do
something special for Outlook?

This only works when Outlook is being closed in the Normal window state. If
Outlook is closed in the Maximized state it won't load Minimized.
