Minimized windows

I have a problem restoring minimized windows of Internet Explorer. When I
click once on a minimized window, it flashes. After a second click, I get the
'minimizing' animation and when I click a third time, the window is restored.

I'm using XP SP2 with the latest patches etc, also MSFT Antispyware. I have
this problem on 2 of my machines (desktop and laptop). The problem appeared
yesterday on 1 computer and today I have a second one 'infected'. I have not
installed any software that might cause this. I just used IE in the past
days...
