Minimized application.

I have an application for my sound device that when I open it minimizes to
the bottom tray and will not show maximized. This just started for some
reason and I can't figure out how to get it to display on the screen
anymore. If I click on it and tell it to maximize it does not show. Also a
similar problem I have with OE that shows a message to far to the top with
the blue top to far up so I can not grab it to move it. If I minimize it and
click on it to MOVE it this does no good.Can someone tell me what to do?

I am sure it is a windows condition. Nothing in Creative FAQs. I tried
Google but no luck.
