Minimize, maximize a form

I have a form without the signs (in the corner top right) to minimize,
maximize or close it. How can make them appear?

In the properties for the form, under the "Format" tab, set "Control Box" =
Yes; "Min Max Buttons" = Both Enabled; "Close Button"=Yes.

Alvaro,
Get into the forms design window. Under the View menu,
select Properties. In the Properties window, select the
Format tab. On the Format tab, look for the Min Max
Buttons property. Select Both Enabled.
