Minimize all Windows under XP

Under Windows98, there is an option to "minimize all windows" on the
desktop.
Does this option exist on XP?

Right-click the task bar and click on 'Show the Desktop', or use winkey + m

On the Quick Launch Taskbar there is an Icon to minimize
all windows. It looks like a little white square with a
pencil. To turn on Quick Launch, right click on your
Taskbar, click on Toolbars and click on Quick Launch.
