minimised screen

Help please. When I open any program or internet site it opens as a
minimised screen. How can I change this so that they all open as a "normal"
screen.

Right-click on the shortcut which you are using to launch Internet Explorer
and choose Properties. Under Shortcut tab open the Run drop down list and
choose Normal or Maximized.
