Minimise to task bar

Hi

Sorry if this has been answered before but is there any way to minimise
Outlook to keep it hidden down beside the clock rather than minimised to
the task bar?

I like to keep it open but i don't like lots of buttons on my task bar if i
am not using them or need them to be readily available.

It would be better if i could minimise the Outlook window and it hid in
beside the clock.
