Using mail client, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8002.80028) SP2,
the MIME header is displaying with the email text. The email is sent
using the message type =text attribute. How does one prevent the MIME
content (header) from displaying?

For example, the EMAIL displays as:

From: (e-mail address removed)
To: (e-mail address removed)
Sent: Monday, October 02, 2006 10:49 AM

Outlook is fairly strict when it comes to interpreting MIME headers. I'd
suggest that the sender is creating an ill-composed MIME message.
