Milo: When I minimize Outlook, it closes!

I just bought a new computer and moved up to Outlook '03 when I did.

It worked fine for about a week, but something's happened where minimizing
Outlook closes the whole application. Doesn't happen for Excel or Outlook
Express or any other apps...just Outlook!

Likewise if I click on the Toolbar button for Outlook while the application
is open. The app closes.

Hoping it's just some odd setting someone can tell me how to change! Thanks!
 
Right click on the Outlook icon in the system tray (next to the clock) and
unselect "Hide When Minimized."

This was a strange UI design decision by the Outlook design team since all
other apps that make use of the tray don't do it in this confusing manner.
