Military Time In Outlook 2002

I see several knowledge base articles on how to set
military time in OL97, OL98 and OL2000. But these steps
do not display military time in OL2002. Can anyone tell
me how to display military time in the OL2002 calenders ?

The same way; it's controlled by your system setting (not by Outlook)
In Windows XP;
Control Panel-> Regional and Language Options-> tab Regional Options->
button Customize...-> tab Time-> Time format: HH:mm:ss
