Time format

I'm running Outlook 2003 PS3 on XP Home, can anybody tell me how to change
the time format from 24hr (military) to 12 hr??? Thank you!
 
You cannot do that in Outlook as it is merely following Windows settings.
Use: Control Panel-> Regional and Language Options
