Setting of Military Time in XP

I would like to maintain military time for all users who use a machine. Is
there a reg setting or policy that can be applied to set the time display to
be in military format vs. the 12 hr. format?

Currently, this setting is in place for the user who set it up. The next
user will log in with the clock back to the 12 hr. (am\pm) setting.

Please advise.

Thanks.

In the control panel click on regional and language options, under regional
options, click customize. Under the time tab you can set the time format to
a 24 hour clock.

You may also need to be administrator so that the setting applies to all
accounts. What you appear to be asking for is not Military Time but 24 hr
clock.

True Military Time is GMT or UTC without daylight saving. It is also known
as ZULU.

When I was an active "Ham" radio operator GMT or "Zulu" was pretty commonly
used...
but when I was in the Army we just used 24 hour time corresponding to the
local zone
