The first one of the "fixes worked Mike (renaming NotifyAlert.exe to
_NotifyAlert.exe). Fairly simple fix as what is causing it is no doubt
still "in there" but I suppose it cant "find" NA.Exe to set it off.
Of course DELL was no help, 3 different "speed talking" Techies with heavy
East Indian (read unintelligible) accents all said it wasnt their fault
(although this is a DELL Alert program) and to contact MS.
It's basically a fault in the programming of there
application. I wouldnt worry about it. At least you got
rid of the error's. Yuo do tend to find that tech
support for these large companies is a bit naff.
