Hello,

I am planing to migrate from, windows 2000 domain
controller to windows 2003 domain controller? i wan all
the users and their permissions to be remain same after
migration. so what is the tool to migrate users? what are
the steps to migrate.

Note:- i have mail servere running on other server that is
exchange 2000 with win2k server.

Is there a specific reason why you need to create a separate domain and
migrate. Why don't you upgrade your existing 2000 DC to 2003 Dc. The process
is well documented in

Otherwise the tool for migrating users from one domain to another is called
ADMT it is located on Windows Server 2003 CD-ROM in i386\admt folder.
