Migration

We are aquiring a new division that has a different
AD Forest. I am going to be moving all the users and
resources into a domain already in our forest. Are there
any tools to do this between forests and not just domains?

You can use ADMTv2 for this. The readme that comes with the download is a
great resource for getting it set up.
