Migration from NDS to AD/Win2003 with MSDSS

Please advise me if there is a version of MSDSS (from
Services for Netware) which works on Windows 2003 Domain
Controller?

Hmm... Good think I purchased a Win2003 VLK for theplace I work at,
but obtained Windows 2000 server CD from Microsft Licencing. [=:
Will get the Windows 2003 server CD later, when everything works for
2003 server.
