Migrating Windows 2000 Active Directory

Hi

I have Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain Controller

I can upgrade this to Windows 2003 Active Directory

But I need not want to do this

I need to move it to another machine

So is it possible to move my Windows 2000 Active Directory to the new
machine where Windows 2003 is installed

i.e migrating Windows 2000 Active diretcory to Windows 2003

is Migrating possible or is ugrade th only option

Please guide me in this

Make the Schema changes with adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep from
the W2K3 CD. Install Win2K3 as a member server in your domain. Promote it to
DC and make sure you move all your services (DNS,WINS, DHCP etc..) you have
on your current W2K DC and all of your data (if any). When the new W2K3 DC
are finished with the replication, transfer the FSMO roles and demote your
current W2K DC.
