migrating users from Workgroup to Domain login

Me again. I've successfully got our server running DNS (thanks to Ace,
Kevin, et al) and I've reconfigured my network login to the domain rather
than the old NT-style workgroup. That works, too, but it required me to
login as Admin and copy the profile folders/data from my previous user
profile related to the workgroup, to the new profile created for domain
login. I also exported Favorites and Cookies to bring back into IE under
the new profile. While copying all of this information manually worked fine
for me, I'd prefer to avoid this method while setting up the rest of the
company (about 12 users) for domain login.

Is there a migration tool for this purpose? A script perhaps, especially
one that I can run in the background transparent to users? Remember, I'm a
novice with DNS (my forte is VB programming) so be gentle!

You can try the script center at www.technet.com or
http://cwashington.netreach.net. Tons of free scripts. Search and see if one
applies to what you need.

www.netiq.com may have something for this too.

Thanks as usual, Ace!

I found a registry "hack" that looks like it'll do the trick.

That's great Randall!
Curious, what reg method did you find?
