Migrating to new server

I want to move everything off of my old windows 2000
server to my new 2000 server, and then rebuild the old. I
know with NT4 you had the whole PDC, BDC, demote & promote
thing, but is there anything I should be looking for after
the migration to the new server? Do I need to do anything
similar, like moving DNS databases or what about AD?
