Migrating from .NET Framework 1.0 to 1.1

What are the issues and possible problems, I am likely to encounter when migrating me developers and systems to the newest framework?
 
for the most part, it goes smoothely. We've had trouble with webservices,
namespaces for 3rd party providers which clash with system.data (oledb and
odbc). That's all i can think of now.
